Hey, I’m Neha Mendon..

I am a researcher, consultant, speaker, and writer on all topics related to entrepreneurship, business, growth and leadership. I advise clients on variety of topics like how to scale and grow your small & medium enterprises through business strategy and personal & professional growth. I’ve never wanted to tie myself down to any one path or career, and this blog showcases the many journeys I’ve taken and the experiences that I’ve gained till-date. I do many different things, but each project I take on, I approach with the greatest enthusiasm and focus. I’ve found the feedback and comments I’ve received to be very helpful in shaping my work. Past Experiences

I have more than 17 years of business management commercial consulting experience advising global clients in the areas of digital technology and business transformation. I have led digital business transformation projects across industries such as Technology, Transportation, Telecom, Construction, Retail, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Pharma, and Industrial Products. I was also the Chief of Staff and pioneered several change and leadership initiatives for next-gen technologies like Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and more.

Academic Pursuits

I have a STEM background and completed my Computer Science Engineering and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes. Learning never stops for me, and i have always focused on continuous upskilling through out my personal and professional journeys. By the virtue of that, i have completed my executive education from renowned B-schools like Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School (HBS).
